Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this pet flap suitable for cats and dogs?
A: It is listed for cats and dogs that fit the actual passage opening. Measure your pet's chest width and shoulder height, then verify the clear opening before choosing a size. M, L and XL labels alone do not establish suitability for a breed.
Q: What do the four locking modes do?
A: Fully locked blocks passage in both directions; out only permits exit; in only permits entry; fully open permits both directions. Check the setting and flap movement before letting your pet use the door.
Q: Would this make a useful gift for a cat or dog owner?
A: It can be a practical housewarming or holiday gift when the owner wants a pet passage and can install it in a compatible location. Confirm pet measurements, installation permission and the preferred color before gifting.
Q: How do I install the door and introduce my pet to it?
A: Follow the supplied installation instructions and verify the required cutout, mounting surface and thickness before making changes. Listed product dimensions should not be used as a cutting template. Introduce the flap gradually with rewards and supervised practice; never force your pet through.
Q: Does it include accessories or installation tools?
A: A bonus rainbow ball toy is included according to the listing. The available information does not confirm a complete tool or hardware inventory, so check the package instructions before starting installation. Supervise toy play and remove damaged toys.
Q: Is this a STEM product, smart door or microchip-controlled flap?
A: It is a manual pet access door, not a STEM learning kit. No app, microchip recognition or electronic access function is specified. Use the four-way lock to select the access mode manually.
