Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I know whether this large cat door fits my cat?
A: Compare your cat's body width and height with the listed 7.08 x 7.48 inch inner opening and allow comfortable clearance. The original listing also specifies body circumference under 23 inches; circumference alone does not guarantee a fit.
Q: Can I use this cat flap on an interior or exterior door?
A: It is listed for both settings, provided the door is compatible. Confirm the installation requirements, door material and thickness before modifying your door.
Q: Is this a useful gift for a cat owner?
A: It can be useful for someone planning a dedicated cat passage. Confirm their cat's measurements, installation location and permission to alter the door before choosing it as a gift.
Q: How do I install and introduce the cat flap?
A: Follow the product's installation template and instructions rather than using the outer frame size as a cutting guide. After fitting, introduce the flap gradually and supervise your cat while it learns to pass through.
Q: Are mounting hardware, adapters or installation tools included?
A: The text details do not specify a hardware or accessory list. Check the package contents and installation guide before starting; do not assume glass adapters, tunnel extensions or cutting tools are included.
Q: Is this a STEM toy or educational kit?
A: No. It is a pet access door with a locking flap, not a toy, STEM kit or educational product.
