Q: Can I use it in an apartment or on a balcony?
A: Yes. The portable design is intended for indoor and outdoor placement, including apartments, balconies, terraces and patios. Choose a stable, accessible location and clean the tray regularly.
Q: How do I introduce my puppy to the grass potty?
A: Place it in a consistent location, guide your puppy to it during scheduled potty breaks and reward successful use. Supervise introductions and keep the grass and tray clean; training progress varies by dog.
Q: What accessories come with it, and how do I clean them?
A: The system includes two artificial grass mats and a tray, with a washable pee pad described in the product details. Swap the turf mats during cleaning. Rinse with a hose or wash in warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly before reuse.
Q: Is this a suitable gift for a new puppy owner?
A: It can be a useful new-puppy, holiday or housewarming gift for a dog owner setting up a dedicated potty area. Confirm the dog's size and available floor space before choosing it.
