Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this grass potty pad suitable for puppies and small dogs?
A: It supports puppy and dog house training. Choose a size that gives your dog enough room to stand and turn comfortably. A specific weight capacity is not listed.
Q: Can I use this dog toilet in an apartment, on a balcony or in an RV?
A: Yes. Set it on a level, suitable surface in a consistent location and clean it regularly. Avoid intense direct sunshine that could affect the tray.
Q: Is this a practical gift for a new puppy owner?
A: It can make a useful welcome-home, Christmas or everyday gift for someone establishing a puppy's toilet routine. Check their available floor space and dog's size before choosing an option.
Q: How do I help my puppy use the grass potty?
A: Keep it in the same spot, guide your puppy to it during regular toilet breaks and reward successful use. Supervise early sessions and maintain a clean surface. Training results depend on consistency and your dog's habits.
Q: What accessories are included, and how should I clean them?
A: The listed components are an artificial grass mat, an absorbent reusable puppy pee pad and plastic tray components. Separate them, wash with soapy water, rinse and allow them to dry before reassembly. Do not assume extra replacement grass mats are included.
Q: Does this potty have STEM features or automatic training functions?
A: No. It is a passive potty training aid, not a STEM toy or electronic trainer. Its layered design provides a designated toilet area, but owner-led training and routine cleaning are still required.
